You are permitted to hold only one account on the platform at any time; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials secure and confidential. gamba will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account details. All transactions on gamba are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) via GCash or local bank transfer. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the Payment page and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payment page, subject to identity verification where required. gamba reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal in order to comply with applicable financial regulations.
gamba is an entertainment platform intended for lawful personal use by registered Filipino players. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of any applicable law or regulation.
